Writer, poet, speaker, student of life, Cincinnati native, receptive traveler; I am a global citizen serving nonprofits in the arts, history & education.
I seek to build bridges within my community,
I love calling Over-the-Rhine, home.
My overactive imagination relied on books and journaling. Vulnerability writes the truest words.
Writing reveals where we lay dormant creatively.
I continue to write...One word in front of the other.
This life isn't meant to be walked alone.
Connect, find support, read, relate,
become who you want to be.
Working for a more dignified, just, less combative world, hand in hand with my fellow travelers.
I would like to acknowledge that I live and work on land that for more than 15,000 years was preserved in partnership with its natural condition by the indigenous Osage, Myaamia, Shwandasse Tula (Shawanwaki/Shawnee) and Kaskaskia tribes as well as the Hopewell & Adena Culture peoples. This Ohio Valley region, before colonization, was kept pristine by original inhabitants & have descendants today striving to protect and to reclaim it.
